Privacy and cookies

If you fill in a form I collect what you write (name, email, optionally phone and project details), the page you write from and, if you arrive from an ad, the campaign and search term.

They are used only to reply and to prepare a quote if needed. The message reaches me by email through Resend. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties. I keep them as long as the working relationship needs them; I delete them on request.

If you book a call or message me on WhatsApp, you use third-party services (Calendly, WhatsApp) with their own privacy policies. I receive what you enter there.

I use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and clicks on contact links. It uses no cookies and does not identify people: I only see aggregate numbers.

The Google Ads tag tells me whether people who arrive from an ad then book a call or send a form. If you accept in the banner, Google stores advertising cookies (for example _gcl_au) to link the conversion to the ad click.

If you decline, or don't choose, the tag runs with consent denied: no cookies, and Google only receives anonymous signals. The site works the same.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to marco.salatin@gmail.com. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time with the button below or «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of every page. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
